Arena REIT disclosed the entry into voluntary administration following notifications about the situation of the childcare group arrived.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was chosen as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have stepped in to oversee the running and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 was given formal notice about the proceedings. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing doubt while KordaMentha oversees the process.
