Users worldwide report problems with Instagram such as login failures and slow feed loading. Downdetector data shows a sharp rise in outage reports matching these issues. Both the app and website appear non-functional simultaneously. Meta has still not release a statement about these issues as of 22 July 2026. Similar issues have been noted across Facebook, Messenger and Instagram at the same time.
