Peter Malinauskas has a new plan to build high rise housing in West Lakes. It is part of a state effort to add new homes in the neighbourhood) area.
Tall buildings will rise near Westfield West Lakes. The site allows towers as high as 20 storeys high.
The plan adds high rise living to the suburb. More homes are set to arrive, with the state planning to 2,000 new dwellings around the shopping area. Workers will build high density residential blocks across the surrounding neighbourhood. This provides new living capacity.
